Pursuant to the December 21, 2010 decision of the Supreme Court, Ciarlelli v. Hamden, 299 Conn. 265 (2010), the April 1, 2008 Opinion of the Compensation Review Board is hereby vacated. In accordance with the Court’s directive the June 1, 2006 Finding and Dismissal of the trial commissioner acting for the Third District is reversed. The matter is remanded to the commissioner acting for the Third District for further proceedings.
