This Petition for Review from the August 3, 1995 Finding and Dismissal of the Commissioner acting for the Seventh District was heard June 28, 1996 before a Compensation Review Board panel consisting of the Commission Chairman Jesse M. Frankl and Commissioners George Waldron and Robin L. Wilson.

ORDER RE: AUTHORIZED TREATER

JESSE M. FRANKL, CHAIRMAN. The claimant has filed a petition for review from the Seventh District Commissioner’s August 3, 1995 Finding and Dismissal.

Pursuant to an agreement by both parties, a bench ruling was issued on June 28, 1996, which disposes of the claimant’s appeal. The bench ruling orders the authorized treater for the claimant’s knee injury to be Dr. Henry Rubinstein, M.D., of Stamford, Connecticut.
