ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Respondent Second Injury Fund filed a timely appeal from the trial commissioner’s October 5, 1994 Finding and Award of Compensation. On March 16, 1995 the Fund filed a Motion to Reopen and Vacate. On April 18, 1995 the Fund filed a Motion for Correction. Both Motions were granted by the trial commissioner May 8, 1995.

The trier’s granting of said motions has resulted in the appeal being moot. The appeal is therefore dismissed. See, Hutchinson v. C. Cowles & Company, 12 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 387, 1934 CRB-3-93-12 (8/29/94); Pothier v. Stanley-Bostitch/The Bostitch Company, 12 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 153, 1850 CRB-3-93-9 (4/15/94); Ward v. UTC/Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, 11 Conn.
