2010 Official Connecticut Practitioner Fee Schedule effective July 15, 2010
As Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Commission of the state of Connecticut, I am pleased to announce publication of the 2010 workers’ compensation fee schedule effective July 15, 2010.
Published by Ingenix, the 2010 Official Connecticut Practitioner Fee Schedule will reflect all changes to the 2009 schedule. This new schedule will include revisions and clarification of some rules, and the new 2010 CPT® codes. This new publication will be effective for medical services rendered on or after July 15, 2010, regardless of the date of injury, that are payable to health care providers authorized or permitted to render care under the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Act.

Availability of Workers’ Compensation Commission Bulletin No. 48
The Workers' Compensation Commission Bulletin No. 48, amended to January 1, 2009, is available to the public free of charge. The statutes amended to January 1, 2009 contain the entire Workers' Compensation Act, additional related statutes, and Workers' Compensation Administrative Regulations. Also included are illustrations of Connecticut's workers' compensation forms.
