Tables for determining the workers' compensation benefits for Connecticut workers injured between October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 are now available. These tables can be obtained from:

The cost for the tables through Rapid Print and Copy is as follows:
$18.97 ($17.90 plus $1.07 sales tax) if picked up.
$25.33 ($17.90 plus $6.00 shipping and handling plus $1.43 sales tax) if ordered by mail. A check or purchase order should accompany an order by mail.
