RE: Montville, Uncasville, Waterford - Change in District

Effective May 1, 2006 claims for all new injuries or occupational illnesses occurring in the towns of Montville, Uncasville and Waterford shall be filed with the Second District, Norwich office (90 Sachem Street, Norwich, CT 06360) and not the Eighth District, Middletown office.
