The Workers’ Compensation Commission has just received shipments of its new Bulletin 43, amended to January 1, 1999, which is available to the public, free of charge!
This two-volume set, "statutes amended to January 1, 1999" and "annotations through December 31, 1998" contains the entire Workers’ Compensation Act, over 60 additional related statutes, and Workers’ Compensation Administrative Regulations. Also included are illustrations of Connecticut’s workers’ compensation forms.
