RE: Transfers to the Second Injury Fund (§ 31-349)

Formal hearings concerning § 31-349 transfers shall be prioritized in each of the districts. If the issues cannot be settled in one informal hearing, then there shall be no pre-formal hearing and the case will be scheduled immediately for an Emergency Formal Hearing.
