WCC Medical Protocols Memorandum - December 4, 1995

TO: Commissioners, Medical Practitioners, the Connecticut Medical Society, All County Medical Societies, the Connecticut Chiropractic Association, the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association, Insurance Carriers, Self-Insureds, Attorneys, Unions, and Advisory Board Members

RE: Medical Protocols

The Medical Advisory Panel has had several meetings and as a result of said meetings, we have agreed that effective January 1, 1996 all medical providers shall utilize medical protocols which will be available at all eight (8) workers' compensation district offices and the Chairman's office. A supply of the medical protocols will also be sent to the Connecticut Medical Society, all County Medical Societies, the Connecticut Chiropractic Association, and the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association.
