Respondents filed a Notice of Intent to Appeal on June 11, 2020 from the May 26, 2020 Order issued by the trial commissioner acting for the Sixth District imposing a five hundred dollar ($500) fine pursuant to C.G.S. Section 31-288 (b) (2).

Respondents also filed a Motion to Re-Open and Vacate said fine on June 11, 2020. On June 17, 2020, the trial commissioner vacated said fine. As a result of the trial commissioner vacating said fine, respondents appeal is deemed moot.
