ORDER

In accordance with the April 2, 2019 decision of the Supreme Court, Gould v. Stamford, 331 Conn. 289 (2019), the November 14, 2016 Opinion of the Compensation Review Board is reversed. Also, the December 9, 2015 Findings and Order of the trial commissioner acting for the Seventh District is reversed and the matter is remanded “to the commissioner with direction to grant the [claimant’s] claim” in accordance with the Supreme Court’s directive.
