ORDER

The June 18, 2019 decision of the Appellate Court, Woodbury-Correa v. Reflexite Corp., 190 Conn. App. 623, 639 (2019), reversed the board’s June 22, 2016 Opinion holding, in part, that “the case is remanded to the board with direction to reverse the [September 8, 2015] decision of the commissioner denying the [claimant’s] motion to preclude and to remand the case to the commissioner for further proceedings according to law.”

This order directs compliance with the Appellate Court’s direction as reflected above.
