REMAND ORDER

Pursuant to the Appellate Court’s opinion, Springer v. J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., 145 Conn. App. 805 (2013), the October 19, 2011 Opinion of the Compensation Review Board is vacated and the June 30, 2010 Finding and Dismissal of the trial commissioner acting for the Fifth District is reversed.

In accordance with the Appellate Court’s directive this matter is remanded to the trial commissioner acting for the Fifth District for further proceedings consistent with the Appellate Court’s opinion.
