ORDER

Respondent has filed an appeal from the trial commissioner’s April 5, 2011 Order pursuant to Sec. 31-294d(c). Said order was issued following an informal hearing. No record exists. Absent a record, this board cannot properly consider an appeal pursuant to Sec. 31-301. This appeal is therefore remanded to the trial commissioner acting for the Fifth District for a formal hearing or other appropriate action. See Archer v. Goodwill Industries, 5498 CRB-1-9-9 (October 14, 2009).
