On May 21, 2010 claimant filed an appeal from a May 17, 2010 Ruling on Motions issued by the trial commissioner acting for the Seventh District. Until there is written decision on the merits of the claim as the result of a Formal Hearing wherein a record is established, this board cannot properly consider the appeal pursuant to Sec. 31-301. Claimant shall preserve any issues for appeal until such time. The appeal is remanded to the Seventh District for further proceedings. See McLain v. New London, 5459 CRB-8-09-5 (May 13, 2009); Bryant v. Pitney Bowes, Inc., 5455 CRB-7-09-4 (May 8, 2009).
