Respondent has filed an appeal from the trial commissioner’s March 3, 2010 ruling granting Claimant’s March 2, 2010 Motion for Immediate Disclosure of Surveillance Materials. As this board previously stated in Bryant v. Pitney Bowes, Inc., 5455 CRB-7-09-4 (May 8, 2009) and for the same reasons set forth, this matter is remanded to the trial commissioner acting for the Fourth District for further proceedings.
