Respondents have filed a Petition for Review from the trial commissioner’s July 10, 2006 Order issued as a result of an informal hearing. No transcript or exhibits exist. Absent a record this board cannot properly consider an appeal pursuant to Sec. 31-301. Therefore, this matter is remanded to the trial commissioner acting for the Fifth District for a formal hearing or other appropriate action. See Sypher v. Getty Granite Company, 5077 CRB-8-06-4 (May 4, 2006); Mele v. Hartford, 4453 CRB-1-01-9 (November 30, 2001).
