Respondents-Appellants filed an appeal from the trial commissioner’s August 24, 2005[sic] Order; Corrected 308a Order dated November 14, 2005. That Order was issued absent a hearing on the record. No transcripts or exhibits exist. Therefore, this board cannot properly consider the appeal under Sec. 31-301. The matter is remanded to the Seventh District for a Formal Hearing or other appropriate action. See, Cichy v. MTU Aero Engines North America, 4882 CRB-6-04-10 (December 2, 2004); Lopez v. Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, 4871 CRB-6-04-10 (November 1, 2004).
