RESPONDENTS-APPELLANTS

ORDER

Respondents have filed a Petition for Review from the trial commissioner’s November 4, 2004 order directing payment for a commissioner’s exam pursuant to Secs. 31-278 and 31-294f. There is no record for this board to properly consider the appeal under § 31-301. The matter is therefore remanded to the First District for a formal hearing or other appropriate action. See Zarodkiewicz v. Stamford, 4837 CRB-7-04-7 (August 31, 2004); Bonito v. ESPN/Walt Disney, 4789 CRB-8-04-2 (March 22, 2004); Rondini v. Tectonic Industries, 1231 CRD-6-91-5 (December 4, 1992).
