The Respondents, Cary Insulation/New England Building Products and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, have filed a Petition for Review from the trial commissioner’s June 6, 2002 ruling denying respondents’ Motion to Dismiss. There is no record upon which this board can properly consider this appeal under Sec. 31-301. No transcript or exhibits exist. The matter is therefore remanded to the trial commissioner acting for the Eighth District for a formal hearing or other appropriate action. See, Hashmi v.
