JESSE M. FRANKL, CHAIRMAN. The claimant has petitioned for review from the March 31, 1998 Finding and Award of Dismissal of the Commissioner acting for the Fifth District. Rev. Op. 137, 2183 CRB-6-94-10 (Nov. 27, 1996); Santino v. Richard Auto Transport, 16 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 37, 3227 CRB-3-95-7 (Oct. 9, 1996).
The claimant’s appeal is thus dismissed.
Commissioners Michael S. Miles and Stephen B. Delaney concur.
