The respondents have filed a petition for review from the May 29, 1998 Order of the trial commissioner acting for the Fifth District. That Order was subsequently vacated on June 9, 1998. Therefore, the appeal resulting from the petition for review is moot and the appeal is hereby dismissed. See Francetic v. Town of Westport, 15 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev.
