RESPONDENTS-APPELLANTS

RULING RE: CLAIMANT’S MOTION FOR ARTICULATION

JESSE M. FRANKL, CHAIRMAN. The claimant has filed a motion for articulation dated November 6, 1996 regarding this board’s decision of October 25, 1996. In the October 25, 1996 decision, this board considered the respondents’ petition for review from the December 29, 1995 Finding and Order of the Commissioner acting for the Seventh District, and remanded the matter to the trial commissioner for a formal hearing and decision. Specifically, this board determined that without a transcript or findings of fact, we were unable to engage in meaningful review and could not properly consider this appeal in accordance with § 31-301 C.G.S.

As this matter has been remanded for lack of a proper record, we will not at this time issue an articulation regarding the legal contentions in this appeal. We deny the motion for articulation.

Commissioners George Waldron and Robin L. Wilson concur.
