The claimant filed a petition for review November 5, 1993 from the October 26, 1993 Finding and Dismissal of the trial commissioner acting for the Fifth District. Thereafter a Motion to Dismiss was filed by the respondents on the basis this tribunal lacks jurisdiction to hear and decide Sec. 31-290a claims. We agree. See Rondini v.
