ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The claimant filed a petition for review November 5, 1993 from the October 26, 1993 Finding and Dismissal of the trial commissioner acting for the Fifth District. Thereafter a Motion to Dismiss was filed by the respondents on the basis this tribunal lacks jurisdiction to hear and decide Sec. 31-290a claims. We agree. See Rondini v. Tectonic Industries, 10 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 210, 1231 CRD-6-91-5 (12/4/92). See also, Krajewski v. Atlantic Aerospace, 11 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 54, 1387 CRD-6-92-2 (4/1/93).
