Paresi v. American Cruise Lines, 12 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 15, 1378 CRB-8-92-1 (January 13, 1994).
Since a workers’ compensation insurance policy was in effect on crew worker’s date of injury, respondent insurer could not disclaim its liability based on policy language excluding bodily injury to crew members. See also, Paresi, § 31-294c, § 31-343.
