Tables for determining the workers' compensation benefits for Connecticut workers injured between October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 are now available. These tables can be obtained from:

The cost for the tables through Rapid Print and Copy is as follows:
$17.49 ($16.50 plus $.99 sales tax) if picked up.
$23.85 ($16.50 plus $6.00 shipping and handling plus $1.35 sales tax) if ordered by mail. A check or purchase order should accompany an order by mail.
