By memorandum dated September 27, 2002, the Workers' Compensation Commission adopted and issued a "Professional Guide for Attorneys, Physicians and Other Health Care Practitioners; Guidelines for Cooperation" effective January 1, 2003. These guidelines have recently been revised, which update supersedes any versions that were previously issued and/or posted on this Commission's website, effective immediately.
For your convenience, copies may be requested from the Chairman's office or any of our district offices. They may also be downloaded from our website at:
