| RE: | Stipulations |
Effective immediately, the following procedure shall be used by all district offices concerning stipulations:
1. At the time of the request for a stipulation hearing, one of the parties shall fax a copy of the stipulation to the workers’ compensation district office.
2. Employers, insurance companies, and the Second Injury Fund or their representatives do not have to be present at the stipulation hearing.
