Pursuant to § 31-280(b)(1), effective July 1, 1999 claims for all new injuries or occupational illnesses occurring in the town of Milford shall be filed with the Fourth District Bridgeport office (350 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06604) and not the Third District New Haven office.
