| RE: | Workers' Compensation Charges for Select Hospital Services |
The Official Connecticut Practitioner Fee Schedule, as it pertains to hospitals, applies to all physicians' professional service fees, and all physical therapy and occupational therapy professional services, unless there is a PPO approved by the Workers' Compensation Commission. The fee schedule has not been applicable to other hospital services since its promulgation, and remains inapplicable to other hospital services at this time.
