Sec. 5-145. Notice of injury or death of employee in state service. Each appointing authority shall notify the Commissioner of Administrative Services, who shall notify the Attorney General, of the injury, or death resulting from an injury, of any employee in the state service, which injury was incurred in the performance of his duties.
