There are two ways you can use the Acrobat READER, Acrobat APPROVAL, or “full ACROBAT programs to print PDF forms, newsletters, and publications on our website: all three of these Acrobat software programs operate either as (1) a web browser plug-in or as (2) a “stand-alone application.
Below you’ll find brief directions for printing our online PDF documents in either of these two modes.
NOTE: Depending on your particular hardware, software, and operating system configuration and settings, what you see when you perform the steps outlined below may look somewhat different from what we present on this page.
NOTE: In order to print a PDF file from the Web, you must first view the file from the Web.

1. Locate and click on the Printer icon (circled in red below) from the Acrobat toolbar within your browser window:

The Print dialog box appears, usually with Acrobat’s default print settings already in place. There are two print settings that most directly affect how our online PDF documents print, the Shrink oversized pages to paper size and Auto-rotate and center pages settings on the right side of the dialog box, about halfway down the box (circled in red below):

2. Make sure that the Shrink oversized pages to paper size setting is not checked and the Auto-rotate and center pages setting is checked.
Once you have made these settings (circled in red, below middle), click on OK (circled in red, below bottom):

The PDF document should now print out, looking identical to what you see on your screen.
NOTE: In order to print a PDF file from your computer, you must first view the file from your computer.

2. In the Print dialog box that appears, make sure that the Shrink oversized pages to paper size setting is not checked and the Auto-rotate and center pages setting is checked.
Once you have made these settings (circled in red, below middle), click on OK (circled in red, below bottom):

The PDF document should now print out, looking identical to what you see on your screen.
