Frito-Lay, Inc., et al (S.C. 14536) and the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court, District of Columbia v. Greater Washington Board of Trade, U.S., 113 S. Ct. 580, L.Ed2d (1992) the Seventh District March 23, 1992 award of Sec. 31-284b benefits is reversed and set aside.
