Frito-Lay, Inc., et al (S.C. 14536) and the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court, District of Columbia v. Greater Washington Board of Trade, U.S., 113 S. Ct. 58O, L.Ed2d (1992) the Fifth District December 9, 1991 decision denying Sec. 31-284b benefits is hereby affirmed.
