RULING RE: MOTION FOR PERMISSION TO WITHDRAW

JESSE FRANKL, CHAIRMAN. On August 27, 1992 counsel for the claimant filed a Motion for Permission to Withdraw. That motion was filed some two months after oral argument in the captioned matter was heard. See St. Germaine v. Consolidated Precast Inc., 1290 CRD-5-91-9 (decided July 14, 1993). Annexed to counsel for the claimant’s motion was a “Termination Authorization” signed by the claimant.

We grant counsel for the claimant’s motion to withdraw upon completion of all matters relating to the aforementioned appeal and its appellate process before the Compensation Review Board.

Commissioner James J. Metro concurs.
