On May 1, 2002 the trial commissioner issued an Order. That order states “The Request to Take Testimony of Surviving Spouse in Pakistan is hereby Granted and shall be completed within 120 days of said Order.” Respondents have filed a Petition for Review from the May 1, 2002 Order. However, there is no record for this board to consider in reviewing this appeal pursuant to Section 31-301. No transcript or exhibits exist. Therefore, this matter is remanded to the trial commissioner for a formal hearing or other appropriate action. See, Mele v. Hartford, 4453 CRB-1-01-9 (November 30, 2001); McCall v.
